A programme kept in a document, a PDF and a web page is three programmes, and one of them is always out of date. Timely keeps one: your AI assistant drafts it and every change, you approve the exact PDF, and the approved version goes out as a public page, a website widget and a printable PDF.

The problem it solves
A congregation's programme usually lives in three places: a document someone edits, a PDF someone exported, and a web page someone updates when they remember. Move one Sunday service and the three disagree — and the copy on the noticeboard disagrees with all of them.
Timely keeps one programme and publishes everything from the same approved version. Tell your AI assistant what changed, in ordinary words; it prepares a new draft, and you see exactly what moved and the PDF that will be published. The previous version stays public until the new one is approved, and publishing waits for an explicit yes to that exact version: the approval names the revision and the hashes of its content and its PDF, so a draft that changes afterwards needs a new yes.
The PDF you approved is the PDF that is published. It is rendered once, by Doksi, and addressed by its content, so the preview and the published document are provably the same bytes. Edits are applied against the version they were made from, and refused rather than merged if the programme has moved — so two assistants, or an assistant and a person, cannot silently overwrite each other.

Who it is for
- A church or fellowship with a weekly rhythm and a season to plan — Sunday services, youth evenings, a harvest celebration — that wants the website, the noticeboard and the group chat to show the same thing.
- A business, community group or organisation that shows one programme on more than one website, and wants to change it in one place.

What is Timely?
Timely is a meeting-programme service from Publifye AS. It speaks the Model Context Protocol, so the AI assistant you already use can build a programme for a number of meetings or a calendar period, edit it and render it — and you approve each version before it is published to a public page, an embeddable widget and a PDF.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Timely is an MCP server: you add its URL to your assistant and sign in from the browser. To show the programme on your own website, you paste the widget's embed code into an HTML or embed block that allows iframes, and allow that website in Timely.
Is this a calendar or a booking system?
No. Timely does not invite anyone, hold availability or send reminders. It publishes a programme — what happens, when and where — and keeps it current. If what you need is a single document rather than a programme that changes, Doksi is the better answer.
Can I manage it by email?
Not yet. Email control is announced on the Timely site as coming soon. Today you manage the programme through your own AI assistant.
What happens to copies that are already printed?
They stay as printed. The shared link and the widget always show the latest approved version, and anyone can download the current PDF from the programme page.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes — a 45-day free trial of the full product, no card, counted from your first use rather than from sign-up, with up to 1,500 calls a day while it runs. After that it is a monthly or yearly plan; current prices are on the Timely store.
