The problem it solves
A class reading the New Testament does not need a whole Bible, and a stranger handed a whole Bible at the door has been handed a great deal. What a teacher, a pastor or an outreach team needs is usually smaller and more particular: one Gospel, one Testament, the books of this term's preaching — in the translation the group reads, at a size people will actually carry.
Making that edition by hand means finding a text you are allowed to print, typesetting it, getting the binding margin right and producing an e-book as well. Tringine does that part. The text comes from the Darash corpus — public-domain, Publifye-owned or openly licensed translations — and the colophon of every build records the exact source and licence of each translation in it.
Every build gives the same four files: a print PDF at your trim, with an inner margin wider than the outer, ready for Lulu, KDP or a local printer; light and dark reading PDFs shaped for a screen; and a valid EPUB 3. A free watermarked preview shows the typesetting on your page size before you spend anything.

Who it is for
- A teacher who wants everyone in the class holding the same edition, set the same way, so that “turn to page 214” works in the room.
- A congregation or outreach team that prints its editions and gives them out. That is what the Congregation and Sponsored tiers are for; no tier permits selling copies, and no ISBN is assigned.
- Someone who reads in parallel or in the Hebrew: up to three translations in one edition, every verse stacked line by line, translation by translation — and the Leningrad Codex typeset right-to-left in a proper Hebrew font.

What is Tringine?
Tringine is a Bible builder from Publifye AS, a publishing house in Oslo. You choose a translation, a scope — the whole Bible, one Testament or any set of books in canon order — and a trim size, and Tringine composes the text from the Darash corpus and typesets four files: a print-ready PDF, light and dark reading PDFs and an EPUB 3.
Do I need to install anything?
No. You design the edition in the website's build wizard and download the files from your account, where a finished build is kept for 60 days. An AI assistant can also connect over MCP to check a build spec, list the translations and fetch your finished builds, but a build itself is started in the wizard.
Is this a Bible store?
No. Tringine makes an edition that does not exist yet. If you want a finished Bible to buy and read, the TruthBeTold Ministry store sells ready-made editions, and Multi BibleRead is the reader for a phone.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes, twice over. A watermarked preview of the typesetting needs no account, and every account gets one free build credit — a New Testament in all four files, with no card. A whole Bible takes two credits. Current prices are on the Tringine store.
Can I sell the Bible I build?
No. On the Personal tier a build is a private edition for you and your household. On the Congregation and Sponsored tiers you may print your editions and give them out across your church and its outreach — for your mission, which is not resale. No tier permits selling copies, and no ISBN is assigned.
Which translations can I build from?
The 55 the build wizard offers, all from the Darash corpus and all public-domain, Publifye-owned or openly licensed — among them the King James, the World English Bible, the Luther Bible of 1912, the Louis Segond, the Reina-Valera 1909 and the Leningrad Codex. The colophon of every build names each translation's exact source and licence.
